• Orders open at 9am MST Monday morning and close on Fridays. or until all design spots are filled for the week.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Due to customization.

• Incorrect shipping address can not be changed after checkout is completed.

• Pressed By Elsie is not responsible for carrier shipping errors. Once scanned it is no longer my responsibility.

• 1-3 week processing time. (average is 1.5 weeks)

• 14-18 business day shipping time.

• Orders are shipped on Fridays.
